• Ensuring that there are adequate spots in the IR independent residencies
• Implementing  a change in the APDR investment policy and finance committee structure
• Overseeing the initial implementation of the APDR’s new strategic plan
• Overseeing a major revision of the APDR Bylaws and Governance structure
• Standing up and implementing a Development Fund and Committee
• Increasing communication and advocating for representation with the ABR, ACGME, SCARD and ACR
