Program directors in radiology foster and maintain an environment conducive to educating residents and fellows.  In addition, program directors are responsible to document this educational process as required by the ACGME for accreditation.  Program directors take on a variety of tasks and guidance is key, particularly for new program directors.  Resources and links are provided here to help achieve these goals.  A number of items on this website have been developed by APDR members to encourage professional growth of members, and additional submissions are encouraged.
